I got to the end of this and learned quite a few things, as intended. Just need to clear up some stuff since I was asked. I worked for each challenge no more than one day, between my other daily work activities and even if I was unhappy with the results or thought they weren't polished enough I didn't revisit it (since it was about ability as much as it was about time management). I used no photo textures, just brushes and usually regular round and chalk brush. For the photo studies I did no tracing of course and no color picking. For the real life studies I used no photos, just what I saw on my desk. How to learn otherwise?

Well I divided them into two teams, each featuring a brainy and a brawny character. Here you go: Majin Vegeta & Dr. John A. Zoidberg Vs. Dr. Thaddeus "Rusty" Venture & Captain Leslie Hero. (photo study)

12 - My Favorite Flower
This is Caleana Major, also known as the Flying Duck Orchid. Don't ask. Just be glad it wasn't Puya Chilensis, the Sheep-Eating plant. (photo study)
